HQparts ship orders on the same working day, from Monday to Friday, to ensure our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before 5:45PM will be shipped the same working day (4PM for DPD Orders). If paid after the cut-off time, this will not be shipped until the next working day. Please note, if you are choosing a next-day service after the cut-off time on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday the items will not arrive until Tuesday at the earliest.

HQparts uses a series of different couriers depending on the customer's order. We use Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL to ship orders, and as a result of which, delivery times can vary subject to the service that is chosen at checkout.
